OEM / ODM Expert FAQ
What information is needed to start an ODM project?
To provide a rapid proposal, please share target voltage/capacity, load profile (continuous/peak current), installation constraints, and communication requirements (CAN/RS485).
What is your typical MOQ for OEM/ODM projects?
MOQ is project-based and depends on customization depth (BMS, housing, compliance scope). We usually follow a staged approach: prototype → pilot batch → mass production.
How long does a prototype or sample stage take?
Most prototypes are completed and tested within 15-25 working days after the engineering design is finalized and the BOM is locked.
Can you customize BMS functions and protocols?
Yes. We offer in-house smart BMS development with customizable protection logic, balancing strategies, and support for CAN, RS485, RS232, and Bluetooth protocols.
How do you ensure production consistency?
We utilize controlled BOM management, defined inspection checkpoints, and pack-level EOL test records linked to unique digital IDs through our Cloud MES system.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Warranty is project-based and contract-defined. We provide pack-level test records and support troubleshooting with traceability data to minimize downtime.
