24V & 36V LiFePO4 Batteries
for Floor Scrubbers & Cleaning Machines
OEM and retrofit LiFePO4 battery solutions for commercial floor scrubbers and sweepers, with smart BMS, opportunity charging, and custom pack integration.
CLF-R4317 36V 160Ah LiFePO4 Battery Pack for Floor Cleaning Machines
The CLF-R4317 is a rugged 38.4V nominal, 160Ah (6.14kWh) LiFePO4 reference pack for commercial floor scrubbers and sweepers. For OEM and retrofit projects, Chalongfly can configure 24V and 36V battery systems around the machine tray, current demand, charger, connector, communication and environmental requirements.
Commercial-Grade LiFePO4 Battery for Floor Scrubbers and Cleaning Machines
The CLF-R4317 combines LiFePO4 chemistry, an intelligent BMS and an industrial steel enclosure for professional cleaning equipment. Compared with flooded lead-acid systems, LiFePO4 removes routine watering and acid-level maintenance while supporting a flatter discharge-voltage profile.
A flatter voltage profile can help reduce the performance drop associated with lead-acid voltage sag across much of the usable state-of-charge range. Actual machine performance still depends on controller limits, BMS settings, current demand, cable sizing and connector resistance.
Built for High-Uptime Cleaning Operations
- Stable high-current output: 80A continuous discharge for demanding cleaning loads.
- Peak power capability: Up to 120A for 20 seconds for startup and transient loads.
- Opportunity charging: 30A continuous charge on the CLF-R4317; usable charge time depends on starting SOC and charger profile.
- Industrial integration: 600×350×232mm, 58kg reference configuration, with custom pack options for OEM projects.
Typical Applications
- Walk-behind and ride-on floor scrubbers
- Industrial sweepers and floor cleaning machines
- OEM cleaning-equipment platforms requiring custom voltage, capacity, connector or communication integration

Higher-Uptime Battery Strategy for Cleaning Fleets
For fleets using flooded lead-acid batteries, long charging windows, watering requirements and voltage sag can add operating constraints. A correctly sized LiFePO4 system can reduce those constraints, but charger strategy, machine current demand and pack capacity must be validated for the real duty cycle.
The CLF LiFePO4 Advantage
Chalongfly develops 24V and 36V LiFePO4 battery systems for floor scrubbers, sweepers and other cleaning machines, with OEM/retrofit integration around the actual equipment.
- Opportunity Charging: Short charging periods can be used when the approved charger current stays within cell, BMS, cable and connector limits. The CLF-R4317 reference pack is rated for 30A continuous charge.
- Flatter Discharge Voltage: LiFePO4 can reduce the voltage-sag effect seen with lead-acid across much of the usable SOC range; machine performance must still be validated against controller and BMS limits.
- Smart Management: Bluetooth, CAN or RS485 communication can be configured according to project requirements.
Operating Benefits & TCO Factors
Fleet economics depend on battery sizing, charger strategy, shift pattern, ambient temperature and validated cycle life. The practical benefits to evaluate include:
No watering or specific-gravity maintenance required as with flooded lead-acid batteries.
Opportunity charging can reduce the need for one long uninterrupted charging window.
Correct pack sizing can reduce battery-swap handling and support longer scheduled operating periods.
