Wiring Harnesses &
Cable Assemblies
Precision-engineered connectivity solutions for automotive, industrial automation, and advanced battery management systems (BMS).
Professional Custom Connectivity
We coordinate custom wire harness and cable assembly programs from customer drawings, BOMs, samples or defined application requirements. OEM/ODM scope can cover conductor and connector selection, routing and protection options, sample review, agreed inspection points and production handoff through the appropriate project supply network.
Custom Engineering
OEM/ODM project support can translate a drawing, BOM or sample into a reviewed assembly scope. Cable length, circuit function, connector interface, branch layout, protection and approved revisions are clarified before sample or production decisions.
Premium Materials
Conductor, insulation, terminals, connectors, sleeves and seals are selected against the application and customer specification. If TE, Molex, Deutsch or another named connector family is requested, exact part number, source and availability are confirmed during project review; the brand name alone does not imply certification or approval.
Rigorous Testing
Quality scope is defined with the drawing, BOM, application and acceptance plan. Depending on the assembly and agreed project scope, checkpoints may include visual workmanship, wiring/continuity, short-circuit or polarity checks, crimp review, pull-force sampling, insulation checks or other specified tests. Required methods, sampling, limits and records are confirmed for each program; no blanket pass-rate or certification claim is implied.

Harness Options by Circuit and Application
The correct assembly depends on the electrical function, interfaces and environment. These categories link to focused solution pages rather than duplicating their full product details here.
Power and High-Current Paths
Battery, UPS and energy-system power circuits are specified around load profile, conductor size and length, terminal/connector interface, routing, voltage-drop limits and thermal environment. Provide continuous and peak current separately where applicable.
Signal, Sensor and BMS Circuits
Low-current communication, cell-sense and temperature-sensor circuits require the correct pinout, conductor size, insulation, separation and noise-control approach for the system. Interface details and controller requirements should be confirmed from the project documents.
Vehicle and Industrial Assemblies
Vehicle, machinery and equipment harnesses may require branches, sleeves, clips, seals, strain relief or shielding selected for the route and operating conditions. Temperature, vibration, moisture, abrasion and chemical exposure are application inputs, not assumed ratings.
From RFQ Review to Production Handoff
-
01
Scope the Interface
Review the application, drawing/BOM or sample, circuit function, mating parts, annual or pilot quantities and requested delivery scope. Open technical points are listed for clarification.
-
02
Confirm the Build
Align conductor, insulation, connector/terminal, protection and routing options against the specified environment and sourcing constraints. Revisions and customer approvals are recorded before the next agreed project gate.
-
03
Review Samples
When sampling is part of the program, confirm the sample configuration, fit/interface feedback and applicable inspection or test criteria with the customer before production release.
-
04
Coordinate Supply
Production planning, quality checkpoints, documentation and delivery requirements are aligned with the agreed order scope and the participating manufacturing and supply resources.
What to Include in a Wire Harness RFQ
A drawing or BOM is useful, but an initial review can begin with the details you already have. Mark unresolved values as TBD rather than guessing.
