25th Anniversary Annual Meeting Recap (Jan 23–25): Celebrating 25 Years of Growth, Teamwork & Craftsmanship

From Jan 23–25, our Group came together for a special milestone — the 25th Anniversary Annual Meeting. It was more than an event. It was a 3-day reminder of what has carried us through global market shifts and industrial transformations: reliable engineering, relentless teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.

A Milestone Built by People

Looking back, our progress has never been a single breakthrough. It has been thousands of small decisions made consistently: improving quality, solving problems faster, strengthening collaboration, and staying committed even when the market changes.

What made this anniversary meaningful wasn't only the number "25."

3 Days, One Shared Purpose (Jan 23–25)

To make this recap easier to read, here is a simple overview of the three-day journey.

Day 1 — Arrival, Connection, and Setting the Tone

The first day was about reconnecting. Teams arrived, checked in, and had time to meet colleagues they may only speak with online during busy production cycles. We held internal sessions focused on:

• Team alignment and collaboration
• Quality awareness and continuous improvement
• Customer-first mindset and delivery readiness

Day 2 — Anniversary Ceremony, Recognition, and Celebration

Day 2 was the centerpiece. Key moments included leadership messages reflecting on the past 25 years, recognition of teams and individuals who delivered outstanding results, and shared reflections on the values that define us: responsibility, craftsmanship, and trust. A celebration dinner reminded us that growth isn't only about scale — it's about stability, reliability, and the ability to deliver consistently.

Day 3 — Team Photo, Closing Moments, and Moving Forward

The final day was both a closing and a beginning. We gathered for a full-team group photo to mark the milestone.

The simple but powerful takeaway: the next chapter is ours to write — together.

What We Celebrated: Capability Growth Across 4 Solution Pillars

Over the past 25 years, our capabilities as a global manufacturer based in Changsha, China have matured across four closely connected areas. In real B2B customer projects, these are often not separate categories — they work as one system.

What We're Focusing on Next

Anniversaries look backward — but they should also point forward. As our industry continues to move toward global electrification, we are focusing on three priorities:

1. Product reliability for real-world conditions: Not just lab specs — but stable performance across temperature, vibration, and long-term cycling.
2. Manufacturing consistency and traceability: Because long-term partnerships depend on consistent delivery, repeatable quality, and clear documentation.
3. Integration readiness for global projects: From ESS to UPS to motive power and harness integration, we aim to make projects easier to deploy and easier to maintain.
