Custom Medical Power Solutions (OEM/ODM)
Not Just Standard Products – We Build What You Need. The CLF-UPS340W is our current 300W-class reference configuration. For OEM/ODM projects, we can adapt the battery and power system to the required runtime, available installation space, electrical architecture and interface requirements.
- Voltage, Capacity & Energy: Configure the battery voltage, capacity and energy around the required runtime and load.
- Enclosure & Mounting: Adapt the enclosure dimensions and mounting method to the available battery space and cart design.
- Connectors, Charging & Outputs: Specify connectors, charger/charging input and the AC/DC output arrangement for the system architecture.
- Communication Interfaces: Evaluate SMBus, CANBus and Bluetooth options when required by the integration.
Mobile Workstation Power Solution
The Challenge: Nurses often struggle with heavy carts powered by aging lead-acid batteries that die mid-shift. Unplugging can interrupt power to the AIO PC and connected equipment, which may disrupt mobile workflows.
The CLF Solution: We provide a LiFePO4 UPS power system (reference model: CLF-UPS340W) with AC/DC output options that can be adapted to the cart and system requirements.
The Result: A properly configured system can support mobile workstation use; final performance depends on the cart, load, runtime and installation requirements.
