What is a lithium UPS battery backup system?
A lithium UPS battery backup system uses LiFePO4 battery modules as the energy source for UPS equipment. It provides stable DC backup power to keep mission-critical loads running seamlessly during power outages.
What voltage options do you offer for data center applications?
We provide common configurations such as 192V systems and 230.4V (2U rack modules). Other DC bus voltages can be provided upon request through our project-based design service.
What information do you need to recommend a configuration?
To provide an accurate proposal, please share: UPS model, total load power (kW), required backup time (minutes), installation form (2U rack / cabinet), and required communication protocols.
How do LiFePO4 batteries work with existing UPS systems?
Our solutions are designed to integrate with mainstream UPS architectures by matching the required DC bus voltage and providing standard communication options for real-time monitoring and alarms.
What communication interfaces/protocols are supported?
We support RS485, RS232, CANBus, SMBus, and I²C. Protocol matching can be customized according to your specific UPS communication requirements.
What BMS protections are included?
Standard protections include overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. We also include active cell balancing and alarm reporting via the BMS.
Can the system be expanded in the future?
Yes. Capacity expansion is available through our modular design, subject to UPS current limits and system architecture. We will recommend a safe expansion roadmap based on your project.
