Our Quality System
A Quality System Designed for Real-World Reliability
We control quality from incoming materials to shipment release. Our goal is simple: stable performance, consistent safety margins, and repeatable production for OEM/ODM projects.
QC Flow (IQC → IPQC → FQC/OQC)
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Supplier document check (spec, lot info, key parameters)
- Sampling inspection for key components (cells, BMS, busbars, connectors, wires)
- Appearance and dimensional checks
- Parameter screening where applicable (e.g., voltage consistency)
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Assembly checkpoints (torque, insulation, wiring routing, connector lock)
- Work instruction compliance & station sign-off
- Critical process validation (welding/crimping quality, harness continuity)
- ESD control for electronics and BMS boards
Final & Outgoing Inspection (FQC/OQC)
- End-of-line functional test (charge/discharge, protection triggers, comms)
- Safety checks (insulation/withstand tests as required)
- Label/serial verification and packing confirmation
- Shipment release only after test pass & record saved
