Every battery pack can be linked to its production batch and test data via serial number / QR code. For OEM/ODM projects, we provide documentation aligned to the agreed scope.

Quality Control FAQ

Do you test every battery pack before shipment?
Yes. Each pack goes through end-of-line functional testing. Test results can be linked to the pack’s serial number / batch record.
What’s the difference between IQC, IPQC, and OQC/FQC?
IQC checks incoming materials, IPQC controls critical steps during assembly, and OQC/FQC verifies the finished pack, labeling, and packing before shipment release.
Can you provide test reports for my order?
We can provide sample formats and, for qualified projects, share test records according to the agreed scope (per pack or per batch).
How do you ensure traceability for OEM/ODM projects?
We use serial number / QR code traceability to link production batches, key materials, and test records—supporting audits and after-sales analysis.
Do you support compliance documents like UN38.3 and COC?
Yes. We can support documentation packages such as COC, packing list, and UN38.3 documents where required / applicable.
How do you handle quality issues if they occur?
We follow a closed-loop process: data review, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention. Improvements are applied to future batches and shared with customers when needed.
