CLF JP-72280AP 72V 280Ah LiFePO4 Battery Pack
High-energy 72V LiFePO4 traction battery (20.6kWh) with extreme 450A peak discharge and CAN communication. Engineered in a robust 1.5mm cold-rolled steel enclosure—built specifically for scissor lifts, boom lifts, and heavy industrial equipment operating in harsh jobsite conditions.
Built for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP/MEWP)
The JP-72280AP is a 72V-class LiFePO4 battery system designed for aerial work platforms such as scissor lifts and boom lifts. It delivers high usable energy and strong discharge capability to support frequent lifting, driving, and stop-and-go duty cycles.
Key Benefits for Rental & Job-Site Operations:
- Stable lifting performance: Reduced voltage drop during heavy lift/drive events.
- More working hours per day: Fast turnaround charging helps reduce idle time.
- Maintenance-free operation: No watering, no acid corrosion, fewer service interruptions.
- Lower total cost: Longer usable life (≥3500 cycles) and reduced downtime vs. lead-acid routines.
High Energy in a Compact Steel Enclosure
- Pack configuration: 23S1P, designed around high-quality LiFePO4 cells for stable performance.
- Enclosure: 1.5mm cold-rolled steel, robust for industrial use.
- Size & weight: 950 × 465 × 240 mm, ≤160 kg (±2mm tolerance).
Power Delivery for Lift + Drive
- Supports high current demand: 220A rated continuous discharge, 450A peak for 60s.
- Stable charging: 100A continuous charge, CC-CV strategy for consistent charging behavior.
- Low self-discharge: <2%/month @25°C (storage friendly).
Integration Notes (Replacement or OEM build)
- High-current discharge connector: 350A Anderson (Red).
- Charge connector: 50A Anderson (Gray).
- Communication (GX16-6): Pins 1/2 for Vehicle CAN (H/L), Pins 3/4 for 24V (+/-), Pins 5/6 for Debug CAN (H/L).
Integrated Protections (BMS)
A smart BMS (<3W/45W consumption) is used to protect the battery system and improve reliability. Protection design includes: precise overcharge/over-discharge voltage limits, two-level discharge overcurrent protection (250A/500A), rapid short-circuit cut-off, and wide-range temperature monitoring.
Safety & Reliability Tests
Tested against rigorous standards including thermal shock, high temperature (85°C), external short circuit, vibration, low pressure (altitude 15240m), and drop tests—targeting "no fire, no explosion" results.
